  Program name: Mission Focused SMS Communications
                                                                                                                                  
  Program description: Mission Focused operates a recurring SMS messaging program with two distinct audiences:                    
  
  1. Internal operational notifications — Automated alerts delivered to authorized Mission Focused personnel only. Messages may   
  include system health alerts, deadline reminders, and important email notifications. Recipients are added by an authorized
  administrator during internal onboarding; there is no public opt-in form for this category.                                     
 

  2. Client communications — Service-related messages to existing Mission Focused clients who have provided their mobile number
  and consented to receive text messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, document-ready notifications, follow-ups    
  about open service requests, time-sensitive policy or account updates, and replies to questions clients have initiated. Mission
  Focused does not send marketing or promotional messages to clients via SMS.                                                     
                                                                  
  Message frequency: Recurring messages; frequency varies based on operational events and client interactions. 
                                                                                                                                  
  Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  How staff members opt in: Staff members opt in by providing their mobile number directly to a Mission Focused representative — in person,   
  over the phone, on a signed paper or electronic form, or via a web form on a Mission Focused website — and agreeing to receive
  recurring text messages from Mission Focused. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of employment with       
  Mission Focused.
