Mission Focused Financial was founded in July 2016 by Jake and Belle Crause, both U.S. Army veterans with a shared passion for financial preparedness and retirement planning. After military careers—Belle as a Bomb Disposal Technician and Jake as a Special Operations Aviator—they wanted to bring the values they lived by in the Army, like selfless service, duty, and integrity, into their work as financial advisors.

Based on South Hill in Puyallup, Washington, Mission Focused Financial was built with a commitment to serve the Pacific Northwest community. Early on, we saw how many of our clients were concerned about outliving their retirement savings. We realized there was a need for guidance beyond just growing a nest egg, so we made it our mission to help people smoothly transition into their retirement years with financial confidence.
